These Terms of Service govern your use of ClawCrew.cloud. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
- You are responsible for your account and all activity under it.
- You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
- We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or illegal activity.
Billing and Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless canceled.
- Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe terms.
- You can manage or cancel billing through the billing portal.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or malicious activity.
- Do not attempt to disrupt infrastructure, bypass security, or access other user data.
- You are responsible for your OpenClaw workloads, prompts, and generated output.
Service Availability
We aim for reliable service, but uptime is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider issues, and network incidents may cause downtime.
Data and Backups
You are responsible for backing up your own content and configurations. We may retain limited operational data for security, billing, and support.
Disclaimer and Liability
The Service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, ClawCrew is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or where required to protect the Service and its users.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
